Steelguard : Pipes

Steelguard Pipes offer a complete range of abrasive wear solutions for pipes of various diameters. The various grades of Steelguard carbide overlays can be applied to either the interior or the exterior of pipes using our equipment, this in a wide range of diameters. They are available in a choice of overlay thicknesses and we can create a custom solution for straight pipes, elbows, Y-junctions and T-junctions.

Steelguard pipes are designed to solve high abrasion and medium impact wear issues by combining a mild steel or stainless steel base pipe with a very hard, durable carbide overlay, creating a pipe that can handle the harshest conditions.

Available sizes:

• 3″ to 10″ diameters in 20′ maximum sections
• Diameters from 10″ to 36″ in sections of 10′ maximum
• Thicknesses available from 1/8″ to 3/8″

• Ideal for maximizing the wear life of pipes on applications conveying slurry or any abrasive and corrosive liquid
• Optimizes the wear life of screw conveyors axes
• Custom built with choice of Steelguard carbide overlay grade, thickness options and mild steel or stainless steel base pipe
• Straight sections, elbows, T-fittings and Y-fittings supplied in ready-to-assemble kits
