Flexarmor screening media are manufactured locally through short manufacturing channels in order to provide you with a very short lead time for this custom product. We use unique elastomeric compounds with premium abrasion resistance to give Flexarmor screening media a longer wear life than other products on the market. We specialize in large format screening media ‘’ molded on a steel backing sheet ‘’ that are bolted to the screening machine.
We mold screens from 1″ to 4″ thick in sizes up to 48″ by 72″. The molded holes have 5 degrees clearance to allow for proper flow of the rocks to be screened.
In addition to screening media, we can also mold your screen feed and discharge lips in a customized production.
Flexarmor rubber screen lips can be made of rubber only, but we can also insert Steelguard chrome carbide inserts, Abreco high chrome white iron inserts or aluminum oxide ceramic pellets into the rubber. Inserting add-on materials on certain high abrasion surfaces can increase the tonnage screened between replacements.
