Flexarmor : Inflatable liners

Extremely beneficial in preventing the clogging of chutes in areas where there is a lot of material buildup due to high humidity, Flexarmor inflatable liners can help you avoid downtime. These systems feature custom-made rubber liners that inflate and deflate with  low-pressure air delivered via a control box. A PLC is programmed to sequentially manage the periodic inflation of the rubber liners and keep the chute clog-free.  

This system ensures that high maintenance chutes become maintenance-free. 

All Flexarmor inflatable liners are custom-made to fit the needs of your chute and are installed by bolting through the structure. Each inflatable liner is molded onto a steel plate and threaded inserts are welded to the back of the liners. These systems are ideal for chutes with fine, high moisture and sticky materials. The system connects to the plant’s air distribution system.
