Servicing our clients in the Val D’Or, Rouyn-Noranda, Malartic and James Bay region, Tom’s extension of this knowledge base provides an additional insight into applications and development ensuring that the correct solution is always proposed to the client who is at the center of the design process.

Olivier is a Mechanical Engineer who provides technical solutions to the aggregate and cement industries in Quebec and Ontario. As a market specialist, Olivier works to support the market with innovative wear solutions designed to reduce downtime and costly shutdowns. His goal is to ensure each application is addressed from the aspect of improving the client’s experience and operational efficiency.

Dexter provides exceptional service to our customers in Timmins, Sudbury, North Bay and through to Thunder Bay. A professional in the industry, Dexter truly listens to the needs of his customers to understand the underlying cause in order to provide the optimal solution to every challenge.

With over 20 years of experience in the custom designed and engineered products, Bill works with our forward-facing team as well as customers to ensure the correct solutions are proposed every time. Bill also supports Western Canada, USA and Latin American markets and distribution partners with technical support and commercial coaching.

Simon brings a strong technical background after transitioning from a service role into sales to continue his passion for helping customers. With a deep understanding of technical solutions, he is dedicated to partnering with clients to find the best possible outcomes for their needs. Simon is particularly skilled in using the total cost of ownership approach, ensuring his customers fully understand the long-term benefits and value of their investments. His commitment to customer satisfaction and his technical expertise make him a trusted advisor in finding effective, lasting solutions.

Kamlesh Shah is a Technical Sales professional with extensive experience supporting maintenance and reliability teams in the Oil Sands industry. Drawing from a career that includes major engineering projects—such as INS Arihant, India’s first nuclear submarine, and the world’s largest FCC Regenerator—he brings a deep understanding of material performance and process optimization to Soluroc clients. Since settling in Fort McMurray in 2007, Kamlesh has worked closely with operations at Suncor and Syncrude, helping extend equipment life and reduce downtime. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, photography, exploring new technologies, and discussing the future of sustainable energy.

Mohsen is a highly experienced metallurgist with over a decade of expertise in design, production, and quality within the foundry industry. A well-published professional, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the Integrated Solutions team, where his drive for continuous improvement is a key motivator. Mohsen plays an integral role in supporting ISO 9001-2015 programs at the company’s production facilities, ensuring high-quality standards are met. In his current role, he works closely with both internal and external customers, leveraging his deep understanding of metallurgy to identify their true needs and deliver innovative solutions tailored to practical applications.

Sanath is a Chemical Engineer designing wear solutions and material flow systems for mining applications while consulting with the clients in creating a better solution thereby increasing efficiency and profitability. Sanath supports the customer by providing answers to technical requests related to product selection, application, specification, installation.

Godofredo’s passion for the understanding of machines and how they work has translated to his profession as a Mechanical Engineer. As part of the Integrated Solutions Team of Soluroc group, Godofredo has a goal to ensure the optimal positive experience for customer, from mapping the issue, communication, design, and application, all this with the aim of operational efficiency improvement for the client.

Over a 30-year career working in the mining industry, Brian has acquired a vast knowledge from being directly involved with the operations. His understanding of the different issues encountered during the various steps of the mining process allows Brian to offer recommendations that will be best suited for the specific applications and custom solutions developed by the team.

Sarah is a Mechanical Engineer with over 10 years of global experience, most notably in oil and gas and the wear products industry. She uses her technical knowledge to support the sales team and Soluroc’s customers. As part of the Integrated Solutions team, she works on designs and concepts based on napkin sketches all the way to 3D scans.

After completing his Mechanical Engineering Degree, Nathaniel joined Canadian Wear Technologies in 2009. Since then, Nathaniel has acted in every facet of the customer experience from on-site application evaluation, product and solution design, manufacturing planning and overall project management. He now focuses his energy as the Team Lead for Abreco.

Juan Carlos Perez is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the mining sector, specializing in business development for large-scale operations. He brings a rare combination of technical expertise and on-site field experience, allowing him to translate complex engineering requirements into practical, high-value solutions for customers.

Throughout his career, he has played an active role in supporting end-users on the ground, contributing to multiple successful wear-protection and operational-efficiency projects. His approach blends a strong technical foundation with a commercially driven mindset, enabling clients to optimize productivity, reduce downtime, and achieve measurable results.

Martin Audé is originally from the Abitibi region and brings more than 26 years of experience in sales, business development, and team management within industrial and manufacturing environments. His career has placed him in direct contact with mining operations, processing plants, and maintenance teams, giving him a solid understanding of operational challenges, field constraints, and production requirements.
Martin is known for his structured approach, strong listening skills, and ability to propose technical solutions that improve equipment performance, extend component life, and help reduce downtime. His focus is on supporting decision-makers in selecting the most effective wear-protection solutions to maximize the reliability and productivity of their assets.
