Flexarmor : Mining cable ramps

Flexarmor rubber cable ramps are used to protect large electrical cables at the mine site and allow vehicles to pass over them. The cable ramps are manufactured in 10-foot modular sections that can be joined with a steel plate to form longer sections. They can easily be moved by heavy equipment using a chain and allow the passage of one, two, or even three cables at vehicle crossings.

The cables are housed in the rubber cable ramp and a protective rubber strip is inserted on top of the cable. We can mold different groove widths and adapt the ramp to the diameter of the cables you are using. To ensure the strength of the joints between the 10′ sections, a steel plate with threaded holes is molded right into the rubber at each end and the joint or handling plate is bolted very securely to it
